John decided to launch DICORP Equity Partners after selling his portfolio of industry leading trauma software companies to ESO Solutions, a portfolio company of Accel-KKR. While reflecting on an extensive due diligence process, he realized that over his 30 years, he had grown his business both internally and through acquisitions. Along the way, he had helped several other organizations and their founding owners achieve their desired outcomes through successful partnerships and integrations. Looking back over his career, John determined that his greatest sense of accomplishment and gratification came from solving problems technically and collaborating with other business owners to achieve their long term goals and aspirations.

He developed an innovative transaction structure that enabled him to retain a experienced team of software developers, engineers, sales and operating professionals. His team is busy developing new software solutions for customers and supporting DICORP Equity Partners portfolio companies in the execution of their business plans.
